Beautiful razor-sharp sepia-toned image of
the performance of the title song.
Photo is stamped with
WILLIAM GRIMES
attribution; snipe describes the extensive set requirements.  This oversized lobby display photograph was offered to theater operators in the press book, but only the largest theatres used them so they are seldom found today.

. This is one of a group of original release oversized studio promotional photographs recently acquired.
These were struck from the original negatives at the time of initial release.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
These 80+ year-old photographs were used for publicity back in the day; they are not uncirculated old stock.  They may have minor surface, edge and corner wear, including small edge tears and creases at corner tips.
Unless otherwise noted, these don't significantly affect the image area.  They are printed on heavy-gauge stock and they have retained outstanding image quality.  Most have a slight sepia tint which gives a richness to the photos.
