Handpainted.
Item with cobalt blue rim (left) does have hairline crack approx. 1" long. See photos. Otherwise, In very good condition for their age. Some wear to gilding, some crazing. No other chips.
Measurements are approx. Tureen: 4 1/4" H x 5 5/8" across rim Underplate: 7 3/4" across
