    Description

    Lanco Ultra Siliconizer is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that has been silicone-modified to provide a thick high-performance water and weather resistant seal on most roof surfaces. It will significantly lower the interior temperature of the structure. Product will not crack, peel or blister, even under severe weather conditions.
    Waterproof for immediate repelling of water
    Reflects 78% of sun rays
    Changes color for an easier application
    Excellent mildew and algae-resistant film
    Can be reinforced with polyester or fiberglass mesh
    To use with membrane primer or without it
    Low VOC volatile organic compounds (50 g/l)
