DESCRIPTION
ACRYLICALU is an excellent sealant, based acrylic ingredient. It is specially formulated for use on for aluminum window and door joints, absorbent and porous surfaces indoors and outdoors. It has excellent adhesion, matures quickly in contact with ambient air. It is resistant to weather conditions and UV rays. It does not hang during use, easy to apply and is painted after drying with common acrylic and plastic paints.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for sealing vertical joints but also joints without high functional width change (up to 8%). It has excellent adhesion to cement, brick, wood, gypsum board, ceramic tiles, metal, aluminum and PVC. It matures quickly by contact with ambient air. It is coated with common acrylic and plastic paints after it has hardened completely.

SURFACE DRYING TIME
10-15 minutes at 25 °C and 50% relative humidity (drying times are prolonged in wet / cold conditions)
USAGE INFORMATION
To ensure good adhesion to the background, the surface is required to be dry, clean and free from powders, oils, salts, rust, loose paints and bloated paints, etc.
The material is applied to the joint using a special pistol. The nozzle is cut in an opening proportional to the sealing width. The surface of the material is shaped with a spatula while it is wet.
Cleaning: When finished applying, clean the tools immediately as well as the residues of the product with warm water.
Caution: Do not apply at ambient temperatures below 10 °C and above 35 °C.
