This is a 3 map set which shows where some of the homeowners resided in  Bayridge and New Utrecht, New York in 1873. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment and are 11"x17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat. The pictures provided show portions of the actual maps! Please contact for more information!
The first map shows a section of Bayridge which covers the area from Owls Head Park South to Bayridge Parkway and from New York Bay East to just beyond Fourth Avenue.
The second map contains 2 inset maps. The first inset map is that of New Utrecht and the second inset map shows the Village of Bath. The third map shows Bayridge and the business area of New Utrecht.
Truly a great matching set. As a bonus I'm including a detailed street map of Brooklyn from this same time.  Some of the surnames which are printed are Young, Lott, Robert, Benson, Atkinson, Duryea, Voorhees, Rhodes, Bergen, Stillwell, Brunt, Bennett, Thomas and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, businesses, churches, cemeteries, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!  Multiple purchases can be combined for one shipping charge! Please check out my other listings for many other fine old town maps!
