Our standard Biathlon Cuff uses Hook & Loop to adjust the size to fit your arm and they all have a treatment applied to the back side that will assist it in staying in place once you have it properly positioned.  They also come with a stand up hook so that it makes it easier to tie into your sling.

These are custom made to order, so let us make exactly what you want.
