Bloomfield CT 1869 Map with Homeowners Names Shown

This is a map of the Town of Bloomfield, Hartford County, CT from 1869.  Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment, it's 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame.

Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the Town of Bloomfield. Also shown on this map are the areas now known as Cottage Grove and Blue Hills. There is also a small inset map of Bloomfield Center. Due to the limited size of my scanner bed only a portion of the map is shown in each picture.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Shepard, Burr, Goodwin, Kenyon, Barber, Fish, Loomis, Brown, Griswold and so many more that it's impossible to list! The names shown are indeed very small yet can be read. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams. It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
