This is a 2 map set which shows where many of the homeowners resided in the Township of Burrillville, Rhode Island in 1870. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're  11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.

Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the towns or villages of Pascoag, Graniteville, Harrisville, Oakland, Oak Valley, Nasonville, Mapleville, Gazzaville, Laurel Hill, Bridgeton, Forestdale and Round Top. Due to large areas covered by the maps, many of the names of the homeowners are quite small. The first map (first 2 pics) shows the entire Township of Burrillville. The second map (last 2 pics) contains 2 inset maps of Laurel Hill, Saxonville, Huntsville Pascoag and Graniteville, Harrisville. There are also three business directories for Laurel Hill, Pascoag & Harrisville. Truly a great matching set. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture however it's clearly detailed on the actual maps!
Some of the surnames which are printed are Hopkins, Knight, Tucker, Taft, Nichols, Smith, Mathewson, Fish and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
