Canton NY 1865 Map with Businesses and Homeowners Names Shown

This is a map of the Town of Canton, NY from 1865.  Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment, it's  11"x17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame.
The pictures provided only show portions of the actual maps!

Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the Town of Canton. Also shown on this map are the Grass River, St. Lawrence University and the Rome- Watertown- Ogdensburgh Railroad. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor scanned picture, however it is indeed much  clearer on the actual maps!  Please note that the map is shown in 2 scanned pictures to show detail.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Fowler, Bridge, Packard, Simmons, Storrs, Sherman, Paige, Pierce, Murphy, King, Fisher and so many more that it's impossible to list! The names shown are indeed very small yet can be read. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
This fine piece of history would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
