Description

This is a map of the Town of Chili, Monroe County, New York in 1872.  Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment, this map is  11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.
The pictures provided only show portions of the actual maps!

Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Chili. Also contained on this map are 6 small inset maps of the villages of Chili, North Chili, Clifton, Buckbees Corner (now called West Chili), Riga Centre and South Chili. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture, however it is indeed crystal clear on the actual map!
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Frost, White, Palmer, Dunn, Smith, Thompson, Daily, Gilmore, Boyce, Hall, Wood, Kelly, Brown and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!
