What is the Circulation Promoter?
The DR-HO’S Circulation Promoter is designed to help improve circulation, reduce swelling, alleviate aching feet and legs, and relieve pain, tension and stiffness. The Circulation Promoter is powered by the Pain Therapy System and combines TENS, EMS, and massage therapy to alleviate aching feet and increase blood circulation. Individuals who are on their feet throughout the day can feel the soothing relief of a foot massage at the start or end of their busy day. This device was designed and used by Dr. Michael Ho for his patients and is now available to help relieve your pain right at home.

Every item has been checked strictly before we send them out and is carefully packaged using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you.
Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by the seller prior to their return.
Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.

We reserve our right to replace the buyer with a repaired or new item (with equal value or less), or provide a full or partial refund with equal or lesser value.
Charges may apply if the product is functioning properly or it is confirmed that the product is physically damaged by end user when we receive it. There will NOT be any refund if such cases do occur.
In case the item is defective, please inform us within 14 days of receipt, we will replace a new one or refund, buyer is responsible in all postage costs.
Refund will only be processed via PayPal, depending on which payment method was used when payment was transferred(Shipping and handling charges are not refundable).
