    Description

This is a 3 map set which shows where everyone lived in the Township of Roxbury of  Morris County, New Jersey from 1868. Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment this map set is 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat. Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the inhabitants of Roxbury along with the villages of Flanders, Budd Lake, Succa Sunna, Kenvil, McCainesville), Ledgewood, Netcong, Stanhope & Bartley. The first map shows the entire township of Roxbury along with a business directory and a small inset map of Drakesville. The second map contains an inset map of Succasunna & Kenvil & McCainesville. The third map contains a small inset map of the town of Flanders.
The pictures show only portions of the actual maps.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Drake, Force, Fisher, Budd, Miller, Sharp, Riley, Carey, Baker, King, Love, Barth and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
