This is a 3 map set which shows where some of the homeowners resided in Flatlands, Bensonhurst, Marine Park and Canarsie, NY in 1873. This fine set was recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment and is 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.

Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of some of the homeowners of Flatlands, Bensonhurst, Coney Island, Marine Park and Canarsie
. Please note that many towns have changed their names in the last 100+ years and this map is a clear example.  Marine Park (was South Greenfield), Bensonhurst (was Gravesend), Bath Beach ( was  Unionville & Guntherville).
Some of the other towns or villages represented on these maps are Sheepshead Bay, Homecrest, Little Odessa, Gerritsen Beach, Farragut, Bergen Island and others.
