This is a 2 map set of the towns of Hartsdale & Ardsley, NY from 1911. (plates 15&16)  Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment they are 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame. Shown on the maps are  landowners around the towns

.  Some of the features shown on this map is St. Andrews Golf Club, Mount Hope Cemetery, Catskill Aqueduct, Woodlands Lake and Sprain Pond. For better clarity each of the map sets are split in half Northern view and Southern view. Two views on two maps-- Nice set!!

Some of the estate or land owners which are clearly printed are Fisher, Barnett, Knapp, Echardt, Tompkins, Elliot, Richardson, Moneypenny, Collins and so many more that it's impossible to list!  It also shows next to the owners name the amount of acres. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams. Please note that due to the vast area covered, the more heavily populated towns won't show homeowners names-- just not enough space to list them.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!
