Chairs are classified as Refurbished for many reasons. We do not know why each one has been classified as such but be rest assured that these are NOT worn out, tired, abused or destroyed chairs. Most are simply opened chairs that can not longer be sold as new since they were opened. We take great pride in offering refurbished products that are as close to "new" as possible. Our Refurbished products have undergone an extensive testing and evaluation process by the factory (not a reseller).  Upholstery is factory-fresh. Where necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh parts, but some minor blemishes are unavoidable. Minor blemishes may be the only reason these chairs have been marked as Factory-Refurbished and can't be sold as new.

RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you recieved it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.
