I have been working on the massage area for over 20 years now - One thing that you might know.. There are 2 Back Ribs which are not connected(Floating Ribs) to the Sternum bone.
You are not supposed to use this pillow around this area and swing your Body because it might affect these 2 Ribs.,manage Gently to the other ribs area as well.
