    LCR Liquid Concrete Repair Kit Injection Epoxy Foundation Crack Repair.
    We bought two kits but we only used one kit on a basement wall.  The box is still in the original shrink wrap so I cannot verify the contents are still good.
    I cannot find an expiration date on the package(!)   We bought it 4-5 years ago (maybe longer) and it has set on the shelf since then
