Upon inspection of the devices,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
Most ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
The charging dock has a broken tab that guides the radio in (see picture #11).
There are minor scratches on the screens.
There is noticeable scuffing on the batteries (see picture #9).
I was able to charge the radios using the chargers.
We cannot guarantee the life of the batteries.
I was able to power on the radios.
All buttons are functional and I was able to navigate through the menus
No call functions could be performed due to a lack of programming being installed.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The devices are sold as is for parts or as non-working items.
