This is an original colored map of the Town of Mendon, MA in 1870.  This is an original 153 year old map. It’s very rare, fragile yet intact. It’s about 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide. It shows some aging marks other than that no rips or tears or repairs.

Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the Town of Mendon with a detailed exploded map of Mendon Center. There are also inset maps of Northbridge Depot and Northbridge Center.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Wood, Butler, Gardner, Reed, Nelson, Carter, Williams, Adams, Taft and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
