This is a 4 map set which shows where everyone lived in the Town of Morris, Morris County, New Jersey in 1868. These maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat. Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Morris.

The first map is the entire Township of Morris showing Morristown, Cedar Knolls, Morris Plains, Birch Hills & Brookside.
The second map shows the town of Morristown with it's inhabitants and a business directory.
There is a third paper which contains pictures of three of the most notable buildings from that time The South Church, The First Presbyterian Church and Washingtons Headquarters.
The fourth map shows the entire County of Morris as it appeared in 1868.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Mills, Johnson, Brown, Cobb, Randolph, Jones, Youngs, Meeker, Pierson, Smith, Clark and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
