We offer a 30-day warranty/return window on our items (unless otherwise stated in the listing).  If an item is defective, we will refund or ship another item (at our discretion) as soon as we receive the defective unit.
Shipping
We ship to all 48 states via FedEx, USPS or UPS ground, international shipping is not available, and we do not ship to P.O Boxes.  Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the cleared PayPal payment and we only ship during business days (Monday-Friday).  If you place an order on a weekend day, your item will be shipped the following business day.
