These have been tested for operation prior to leaving my shop.  This is EBAY you buy them they are yours, this isn't Amazon that allows returns.
I have sold over 150 of these radios and have had only 2 failures that the purchaser found.  I happily replaced them.
They came from a working system, and are tested and RE-programmed with new receive frequencies. You will need to program your channels into the radio, or have it programmed.  These were first sold by Motorola in 1999 and discontinued in June of 2015.  I am not sure the date that each of these were purchased and put into service.
In the box you will receive a radio, mounting bracket, and screws and keypad microphone, 12 volt power connector.
Each radio is physically cleaned of accumulated dust, dirt, and any identification stickers are removed, I also remove existing programming and put in some test channels. You will need to program the radios before they will transmit.
These ship from Boise, Idaho normal shipping takes 10 days to New York State, which is 2500 miles away.   If you need faster shipping and are willing to pay for it, I can ship next day Fedex. These are purchased on a non-return policy.  I will replace a non-functioning radio, but each one is tested for receive and transmit prior to shipping.
