This radio is used and has been cleaned, tested & UPDATED/UPGRADED with the most up to date software!   This radio does have matching tags on the back. The firmware & DSP has been upgraded  to the latest version!     The tuning software has been updated and the radio has been tuned and aligned! The Encription UCM board has been updated to the latest version! This radio comes guaranteed and still looks good with only light signs of wear and tear from use!  This radio was originally developed and sold to the US Government/Military with FPP and encryption from the factory! The only downside to this is that the military wanted to radio to be in survielance mode meaning the displays backlight is VERY dim and the top LED transmit/receive light is disabled. There is no way to fix this without replacing the UCM/keypad board inside the radio. Otherwise this radio is a true workhorse! The radio comes AS-PICTURED! RADIO ONLY! NO ACCESSORIES! I do offer  FREE CONVENTIONAL PROGRAMMING if needed.   PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES FOR RADIO DETAILS AND CONDITION! If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
