Description

This is a set of 5 maps which show where many of the homeowners resided in the City of New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey in 1876. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.
The pictures provided show only portions of the actual maps, please feel free to contact me with any questions!
Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of some of the homeowners of New Brunswick. Each of the 5 maps show a different view of the city. These maps feature named streets and numbered lots. One of the maps contain 3 inset maps for the towns of Spotswood, Jamesburg and Stelton. Truly a great matching set.
Some of the surnames which are printed are Stevenson, Brown, Allen, Hardenberg, Teller, Baldwin, Newall, Neilson, Lowry, Agnew and others!
Please note that  much of the very densely populated areas don't show surnames however the homesteads and estates are shown. Also indicated on the maps are town and or county boundaries, schools, named streets, churches, Cemeteries, businesses, railroads and rivers/streams.
This set would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!  Multiple purchases can be combined for one shipping charge!
