Item Description
RadonSeal Deep Penetrating Concrete Sealer is formulated to permanently seal, strengthen and protect, poured concrete, concrete blocks and cinder blocks. RadonSeal penetrates up to 4 in. into the concrete, to block vapor transmission, water seepage and radon gas. Use RadonSeal Plus on indoor concrete older than 20 years, indoor concrete older than 2 years, or concrete with a history of water seepage. Ideal for basements where humidity and/or water seepage is a concern. Use on concrete slabs, garage floors, foundation walls, parking structures, warehouses and factory floors. Prevents efflorescence, mold growth and pitting and spalling due to freeze-thaw, road salts and chemicals. Safe and easy spray-on application for homeowners or contractors. RadonSeal does not change the surface of the concrete. Treated surfaces remain Suitable for paints, adhesives and overlays. Approximate Coverage - Poured Concrete: 200 sq.ft per gal. Prior to application radon measurements were 4-6 in winter conditions, after application 2-4 in winter conditions. Both measurements are while operating an existing radon fan system. Very difficult to avoid white waxy material in spots. Tip- the use of a ceiling fan in basement also helps.

This product has worked very well so far on my cinder block basement wall. The directions are spot on, so make sure not to over apply each spray coat, or it will turn white in places permanently. My basement isn't finished so I could care less about that. The walls have stayed dry, thus no more mold issues.

Worked welll. Only note is if you have paint overspray on the floor you need to get it up for Radonseal to work as it should. Very easy to apply using either a long handled roller or sprayer.

It seals very good. It penetrates into the cinder blocks so well that after 2 coats, water does not absorb into the blocks. They need to have this item in Stock in the store.
