This is a 4 map set which shows where many of the homeowners resided in the township of Schodack, Rensselaer County, New York in 1876. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment and are 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.

Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Nassau and Stephenstown Townships which include the towns and villages of North Schodack, East Schodack, Castleton-on-Hudson, Schodack Center, South Schodack, Brookview, Schodack Landing, Muitzeskill & Berlin
. Due to large areas covered by the maps, many of the names of the homeowners are quite small.
Truly a great matching set. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture however it's clearly detailed on the actual maps! Some of the surnames which are printed are Schindler, Rowe, Springsteen, Reed, Spaulding, Van Buren, Smith, Traver, Knapp and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!. Multiple purchases can be combined for one shipping charge!
