South Kingstown Narragansett Rocky Brook RI 1870 Maps w/ Homeowners Names Shown

This is a 2 map set which shows where many of the homeowners resided in the Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island in 1870. These fine maps were recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're  11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame or can be matted to fit a larger museum quality mat.

Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the towns or villages of Kingston, Narragansett Pier, Perryville, Wakefield, Rocky Brook, Peacedale, Mooresfield. Some of the features of this town include Point Judith, Warden Pond, Indian Lake, Point Judith Pond and so much more. Due to large areas covered by the maps, many of the names of the homeowners are quite small. The first map (first 2 pics) shows the entire Town of South Kingstown. The second map (last 2 pics) contains the villages of Rocky Brook, Peacedale and Wakefield. There are also many business directories. Truly a great matching set. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture however it's clearly detailed on the actual maps! Note: This map set is also listed as "South Kingstown Wakefield & Point Judith".
Some of the surnames which are printed are Hopkins, Knight, Tucker, Taft, Nichols, Smith, Mathewson, Fish and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the maps are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
