Turners Falls MA 1871 Street Map with Homeowners Names Shown

This is a map of the town of Turners Falls, MA from 1871. This map was recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. It's 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame.
The pictures provided show only a portion of each actual map.
Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Turners Falls. It's hard to make out the specifics from my scanned picture and the names are quite small on the actual map!  Due to the limited size of my scanner bed, portions of the maps may not be shown. Please check out the attached pictures for greater detail.
Some of the homeowners names include Wilson, Smith, Simpson, Fritz, Murphy, Butler and others. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and businesses.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
