The chessmen in this set really are in fantastic shape, though the box has excessive wear. Pleasantime Games award winning design by Peter Ganine, 1957 chessmen, weighted plastic it seems. The king is just over 3.5 inches tall. Gothic style art by the great Russian Peter Ganine who created this style maybe in the 1930s. The item winner is to pay for the shipping charge ebay sets there, if you get more than one thing try to use the 'add to cart' button instead of the 'buy it now' one as sometimes that way the computers can figure out the postage savings automatically....still though sometimes we just have to do it later. Anyhow, I'm just an easy going farmer so if you aren't happy with the item, no big deal, just let me know. We are forced to use managed payments now and I'm not sure how that works so I guess the payment stuff is at your end. I'd rather not ship this internationally because the cost would be horrendous, but if you need a quote let me know.
