Winchester Winsted Highland Lake CT 1874 Maps with Homeowners Names Shown

This is a  2 map set of the Town of Winchester Center, CT from 1874. This map set was recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment. They're 11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame.
The pictures provided only show portions of the actual maps. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Winchester Center. It's hard to make out the specifics from my scanned picture, however it is indeed crystal clear on the actual maps!  The first map (first 2 pictures)  shows the entire Town of Winchester which includes the villages of Winchester Center, Winsted & West Winsted.  The second map contains inset maps of the business areas of the villages of Winchester Center and Riverton.  As in the first map, shown are the many homeowners and business names.  Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Hurlburt, Griswold, Alpine, Marsh, Whiting, Bronson, Colvert, Camp, Hinsdale, Gilbert and so many more that it's impossible to list!
Due to the limited size of my scanner bed, portions of the maps may not be shown. Please refer to the pictures supplied for better detail.
Also indicated on the map are schools, businesses, railroads and rivers/streams.  Some of the many items of interest contained on this map are Highland Lake, Crystal Lake, Park Pond, Mad River & Still River. This map set would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! Find your old house and who lived in it back in 1874. What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!
