Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Worcester. This map covers a rather large area, from Cherry Valley, Morningdale to the Quinsigamond Lake and the more densely populated areas don't show the homeowners. However the many homesteads and farms throughout the area are shown. It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor picture, however it is indeed more clear on the actual map!
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Bliss, Flugg, Adams, Chamberlain, Fish, Stone, Moore, Johnson, Waite, Rice, Bigelow and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, businesses, streets, railroads and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors! Multiple purchases can be combined for one shipping charge!
