Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of Yonkers as well as Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Mt Vernon, Riverdale, Mosholu, Kingsbridge, Fort George, Marble Hill and Spuyten Duyvel. This map covers a pretty extensive area and allthough the homeowners names within the larger or more dense areas are omitted, the names of the homeowners from all over the area are shown. Due to the vastness of this map, only the largest homesteads are shown.
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Williams, Knight, Post Taylor, Bean, Blackwell, Shepard, Smith, Beebe and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, businesses,  railroads and rivers & streams.
